Restoque International recently expanded their Brazil Operations to the US. Considering such an impressive operation of over $600 million in revenue in Brazil, the expectation of growth and expansion was aggressive.
The operation of purchasing, production, shipping, receiving, and distribution to the multiple channels of business in the US was limited by the multiple systems in use by the US company.
At TechKnowSolution, we were able to identify the pain points with the Restoque for their operations. More importantly, we scoped and planned for future growth to propose and build an ERP system that Restoque will be able to grow with.
Restoque had an aggressive timeline of opening a new brick & mortar in the next month as the new ERP implementation commenced. Through discovery, TechKnowSolution was able to remove the common bottlenecks of discovery, data migration, and integrations to streamline the process.
Together, TechKnowSolution and Restoque was able to break an Oracle NetSuite implementation record of 15 days to complete the retail store module build along with its ERP prerequisites to open Restoque’s first US retail store, Rosa Cha in Los Angeles, California.
TechKnowSolution completed the build of infrastructure, network, contracts, wire planning, systems, and training for the Rosa Cha store. In February 2019, TechKnowSolution successfully partnered with Restoque to open its second US retail store, John John in Los Angeles, California.
Today, TechKnowSolution continues to support and Restoque and its Brands.
